1. Returns

Because our products are consumable food items, we do not accept returns on opened or used products for health and safety reasons.

However, we may accept returns or replacements if:

  • Your order arrives damaged
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your product is defective or compromised during shipping

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may qualify for a refund or replacement if:

  • The product arrived damaged
  • The item received differs from your order
  • Your package was lost during transit
  • The product quality was significantly affected before delivery

  • Photos of the product and packaging

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
